The QueryLetter.com Contest
/Hello, all. Just wanted to stop by and share some information with everyone.
We were recently contacted by The QueryLetter.com about a contest they’re hosting. They wanted us to inform The Writers Club audience about it. Although, we personally aim to promote writing for the love of it instead of prizes, we figured it doesn’t hurt to pass along the message.
We usually stray away from financial incentives of this nature, so don’t expect this often.
This writing contest is all about book blurbs that are completely made-up.
Requirements include (but are not limited to):
100 word maximum.
Work must be original!
Must apply before September 15, 2020
You could find additional information on the contest HERE.

New Club Members Chris Platt and John C. Davis!
/We would like to give a thanks to both Chris Platt and John C. Davis for their continued support and participation in The Writers Club. Their consistent quality and output has gotten the attention of not only our team but several readers. Every new piece submitted is sought out by readers more than the last which proves growth in the ability of both of these fantastic writers. As a result, we’ve awarded them with the title of Member and made their literature more accessible alongside our other members.
Be sure to check out their respective bodies of work!
We hope all our writers continue to write and share when they feel up it. And we highly encourage our readers to take a shot as well!
Stay safe, stay indoors, stay clean, stay healthy. And remember to read and write!

Website Updates!
/Hey, all!
Just stopping by to let everyone know that The Writers Club's official website has a beautiful, sleek, new cover page to land on. If you share the “Home” page it'll retain the original web link, but if you share the “Cover Page” you'll see this lovely knew image. When you click through it you'll be taken to the new entrance to The Writers Club.
We'd like to thank Seth McAllister for consistently improving on our website as a whole and lending so much focus to The Writers Club specifically.
I hope you guys enjoy this knew design.

Difficult Times
/Hello all!
We at The Writers Club hope you and your families are all safe at home!
During these trying times where many of us find ourselves stuck at home, lost and sometimes scared, writing is what we turn to. Now more than ever I urge those willing to write to share their feelings through poetry and their thoughts through narratives and essays to comfort and provide entertainment to others who come through to read as a distraction. Let The Writers Club be the middle ground bridging the gap between those that rely on writing to escape and those that rely on reading to escape.
We hope that at the very least The Writers Club succeeds at taking your mind away from the anxiety induced state of affairs from recent weeks going forward into difficult times.
Thank you to all participating Writers and Readers.
Stay safe. Wash your hands. Avoid going outside if you don’t have to.
New Club Member, Sushant Thapa!
/We would like to thank Sushant Thapa for their continued support and participation in The Writers Club. Because of their consistent contribution, we’re awarding them Member Status and encourage you to check out their collections of literature.
Thanks to this writer the visiting readers have had plenty more to read.
We hope all our writers continue to write and share when they feel up it. And we highly encourage our readers to take a shot as well!
