My Life’s Mission

Be humble.

Laugh hard.

Love fierce.

Shrug off shame.

Fully embrace.

Re-gift grace.

Be empathetic.

Be victor instead of a victim.

Give to glorify Him.

Pursue with passion and intent.

Look for everyone’s innocence.

Train for the race, but travel for the journey.

Find a voice and tell the story.

Reflect from the core like a metaphor.

Eliminate weeds of distraction and discontent.

Never forget

the heart-swallowing, first cry of new life.

Create, nurture and complete.

Lay down worry and fear.

Fervently face the unknown,

Feel foreshadowing rhythms,

Tune out noise, hearsay and suspicion…

Be still.

Listen, really listen.

Always long for the mystery ahead.
