The Journey's Never Over

Life's journey doesn't end with death.

The journey’s never over

even when I think I’m done.

The goal is just another stop.

No rest, at best

the plane’s delayed,

and I can stretch my legs.

I’ll never be a resident,

I’m always passing through.

Even when I reach the grave,

I’ll hold a ticket taking me

to yet another place.
