"Stop Being At War With Yourself" is a short poem about how we need to face life's struggles. Life is too short to be at war with ourselves. We know we deserve the best in life, so we must keep walking forward.

When a struggle beats upon your door

forcing its way inside,

try not to run and hide.

Face it with inner strength,

believe in yourself,

knowing you deserve the best.

If you make a mistake,

own up to it,

you’re in control of your own life.

Life is too short

to be at war with yourself,

keep your head up,

let your feet move forward.
