Sapphire Beginnings To Strange Endings

Sapphire beginnings,

Clean slated with no baggages

entering poised with blessed innocence,

smeared with love,

sprinkled with trust.

growing eloquently embraced by elders,

protected in cocoon,

portrayed in hues

of gold and purple!

Complicated journeys,

Living amidst boundaries and restrictions,

divided in sections,

dosed with disinformation!

Walking sedated with cured conspiracies,

trained to see dualities,

tampered to follow herds,

blindfolded with lost beliefs!

Strange endings,

Tolerating inhuman laws and wars,

Untold bubbling miseries within,

Uncertain intimidating times

that carve crude crevasses

in hearts causing agony,

slaughtered emotions

that saturate and numb…

From beginning to end,

Purpose conveniently erased

to suppress or oppress?

Or perhaps to digress or regress?

Oh dear Mankind,

Why this pernicious polarity?
