to read our destiny,
finding no secret path
to change the outcome.
Each moment of life
trapped inside a crystal ball,
predetermined by the one
who rules the heavens.
Every second drifts into the next
as foretold in the pages of our life,
until our footsteps
no longer walk this earth.
