Determination

Determination, holding its root,

Incites you to ink your emotions with blood

Like a woodpecker pecking the wood ignoring its woes

Until the mission is completed.

But sometimes hunger,

Sudden hunt of a disease,

Attempts to shatter your determination,

Take the redness of your blood.

I lie writing despite the blows of an unexpected disease

Despite the interruption of my determined soul

By the magnate of medicine and foods.
