We’re Bubbles

Life is but a moment.

Reflecting rainbows

before we burst.

We’re haunted 

by nonbeing.

We’re flowers 

opening to the sun

before we fade

and wither.

We’re firework

bursts of light

until our embers

drop to darkness.
