True Happiness

This holiday season, let's think more about helping others rather than helping ourselves to more possessions.

December is a month filled with holidays. 

Think for a moment about what wishes we make.

Young children think of toys and treats. 

Teens feel they need the latest technology. 

Young adults crave good times with friends. 

Adults ask how they’ll please family members. 

Seniors yearn for fellowship with loved ones. 

Could we help others rather than ourselves?

In place of acquiring more stuff, give to those who have little.

Could we work to build up others and promote world peace?

Instead of strife and conflict, sit down and talk peacefully.

May this holiday season be filled with true joy and happiness.

May the authentic wish of your heart be showing compassion for others.
