Pondering Reality

How do we know

That what we see

Is actually

Reality?

How can we watch

The days go past

And be assured

That things will last?

Perhaps all that

We love and know

Is really just

A carnival show

If so, then how

Can we discern

Which of them’s real

And how to learn?

When all is done

What we believe

Transcends beyond

What we perceive

As such, ‘tis just

“Formality”

To take as faith

“Reality”
