My Manifest

My favorite vision...

————

How much manifesting will it take,

To have a little log cabin, on a crystal lake?

A white picket fence and a dog named Jake.

Writing my rhymes, for my legacy’s sake!

In the morning, when we both shall wake,

A hearty breakfast for my mate I’ll make.

I’ll fill the house, with the smell of cake.

Float on aroma, from the treats I bake...

Invite people we love, that we know aren’t fake.

Take them tubing, on the speedboat wake.

A yard so lush, we don’t need a rake...

Loved ones dancing, feels just like a quake!!!

Me and my mate, in our own rocking chair.

They will hold my hand and together we’ll stare.

We’ll discuss the Weeping Willow’s need to feel despair...

Wrapped in a shall, in the cool night air.

Beyond gratitude, for a life deemed fair...

Timeline gauged, by the grey in my hair.

Not one minute, for an attitude flair!

For granted vision, is a gift so rare.

We won’t walk at night, for a midnight scare.

For the possible chance, that we could see a bear.

Even though a sighting is extremely rare,

We’ll be safe and cozy, in our new found lair...
