But really never been there at all,

If you haven’t seen a Premiere League game.

No? What a shame! What a shame!

England invented the game.

It’s a tough love, my friend!

The green pitch doesn’t like 

Sleepwalkers and lousy talkers,

Or dreamy spiders 

Who weave knees on the net.

The ball must fly right on target

Like an arrow lunched from arbalète. 

Bloody hell! Just a blink and

The moment is gone. The next run

Must be made like a storm;

Rain of goals must be scored. 

Yes, that’s it! That’s it! 

Go-o-o-al! Go-o-o-al! 

And another! And another! 

What a rain in the box! 

There’re no other fans like England ones.

They are not just crazy folks

Who sings, chants, or cries. 

They handle losses, heat, rain, and snow.

It’s a tough love, my friend!

They support with pride in their hearts -

Generation after generation

From the baby crib to the last breath.

You must understand,

Football is in the blood of this nation.

You don’t have to be rich to be there

And cheer up on Anfield, Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge

Or Wembley for the next silverware.

Football is the reason to fly to Istabmbul

And support the winning attacks of the golden bull. 

You haven’t been in England at all.

If you haven’t been part of the roar,

Weave the colors of a team. 

It’s a tough love – you lose or you win;

Being a part of this delirious crazy extreme.
