Can We Rebuild?

A timeline review of the Coronavirus pandemic…

————

Reflecting on the Coronavirus staining our hands...

Watching the mass spreading of carnage, over the lands.

Without transparency of knowledge, it rapidly expands.

A loss of valuable time, forced immediate travel bans.

The public use of “Pandemic,” strips stores of toilet paper and cans.

A virus created by consumption, or from a petri dish, with plans?

Daily cremating of hundreds of bodies, transported by rotating caravans.

Politicians assuring all the fearful people, of help with financial demands.

While we all stay housed in silence and watch our elimination of clans...

Waiting to be released from quarantine, with rebuilding commands.

In grief, moving forward, with a lump in our throats and hearts ripped in strands.

So what happens now, as we make our new future stands?
