A Letter To Paradise

I am writing this letter to paradise.

To tell him how much I miss him with all of my heart and love.

A million times I need you

You never say goodbye

A million times I cry

You never say you are leaving.

In life I love you dearly

In death I love you still

In my heart I hold a place

That only you can fill.

When the day starts without you

And you are not there to see.

If the sun should rise and find my eyes

Filled with tears for you.

You wish so much I wouldn't cry

The way I did today.

While thinking of the many things

You didn't get to say.

You know how much I love you

As much as you love me.

And each time I think of you

You know I will miss you too.

When the day starts without you

I don't think you are far apart.

For every time I think of you

You are right here in my heart.
