Where Fun Dwells

Life may seem plain

the world may appear dull

yet if you are gifted

with an innate sense of fun

wherever you go

whenever troubles arise

your inner eye

will brighten the view

The fun of life 

may lie hidden deep

but with a enlivening heart

it can be drawn into the open

let your senses awaken

becoming amplifiers

that catch the slightest joy

and soften the weight of sadness

As beauty lives

in the eyes of the beholder

so does the fun of life

dwell in the mind   

cultivate your sense of humor

always look for joy

and you will find it

even in the least expected place
