The Splendor of the Showers

Watching for starfall or meteorite showers involves patience; however, when the splendid showers appear, there is much joy!

Watching starfall in Alabama is matchless.

Superior scrutinizing occurs in darkness.

Most folks behold snow-like beams.

While others see rainbow streams. 

A few individuals fear invading forces. 

Aliens who could alter our future courses. 

I prefer to drink in the splendor of the showers. 

Equating their brilliance to that of spring flowers. 

May we never tire of watching the skies.

Observing their descent is the ultimate prize.
