Stuck In A Nightmare

"Stuck in A Nightmare" is a poem that describes how it feels to be lost inside a nightmare.

I can’t wake up,

my thoughts keep churning

over and over,

I’m lost in a maze

there’s no way out.

I call out for help

but no one listens, 

I’m on my own

to dig out of this cave.

The clouds get darker,

my focus isn’t clear,

I fear I’m losing the battle

but daytime is near.
