Seeking Peace

Who will not pursue happiness

A universal quest

For it brings pleasure and contentment

Like a blossom, happiness is

A beautiful thing with a finite life

Hardly long-lasting in secular world

Happiness has feet

It flees away readily

When facing challenges         

Even finally we hold it

In our hand, we worry   

About losing it

When happiness is lost     

Despair will take over

The empty space in our heart

So I got off the road    

For chasing happiness

And enter a path to seek peace
