Season of Delight

Northern lights never looked

In beatitude with her beauty,

The painted colours moved

At a pace sheepish to be adorned,

Sheets of sleet heaved smog

Breathe was breathing smoke,

A candle was lighted in the firmament

Drawn as a tittle among the ashen

Clouds, streaks of rainbow-painted

From the brush, delighted day and

Night gleamed to be in the eventide,

Twilight switched the whole season

With delight, falling dust smiled

In glee, away from the busy streets,

Assumption of having a dull life

Crushed seeing the ashen creation

Of nature, adorable stay with

An ambience to be lit with bands

Of colours blessing the smiles,

Without the drops, the snow rained,

Drenched in the coloured canvas

Poured the bliss of enchantment

In the wuthering heights of ecstasy.
