Life is

Unchartered territory

I am with you

Each step of the journey

Remain in shadows

Until your spirit calls

Tells me it is weary

Ready to fall

Then, I step forward,

Exuding light

Wings wrap your body

Provide respite

Whisper encouragement

In your ear

Kiss your forehead 

Wipe lonely tears

Surround you in hope

Strength, energy 

Help you stand once more
