Rapists Yet Unraped

Gender equality, justice, and freedom still sound mere optimistic words limited within high sounding speeches, decorating contents for papers and posters on walls of media in many marginalized communities in both developed and underdeveloped countries in the world already on the culmination of advancement.

Rape, harassment and molestation

Each day sad news -a severe frustration

Hostels, colleges, streets or home

Nowhere is safe-it's a barbarian storm

A baby of five - a girl aged nine

Even a grandma - very sickly unfine

Girls' trafficking or sexual abuses

Acid attacks or dowry distresses

Everywhere a woman, a daughter or mam

Defiled rationality - humanity on shame!

Wild practices and ethics all dead

Towering civilization but vision blinded

Brutally sacrificed are pets and tamed

Speechless and innocent I'm ashamed

Lecherous manimals wander unbriddled

Yet, protected by bureaucracy embezzled

Is it not moral to execute the beasts

As offerings in rituals to divine appease?

Why then, human rights do loudly advocate

For lives so sinful and wicked

intellect?
