Poetic Cultivation

In the land of my imagination

Novel ideas flourish

Amongst the weeds                  

That is my starting ground

I eliminate the unwanted

And fertilize the blooming stanzas       

So they will flourish 

And expand their roots

Deeper and wider 

Into my consciousness

Gradually the wild field

Turns into a fantasyland of verse

Through the cultivation  

Of my creativity

My dream comes true
