Maybe I had a lot of expectations

Maybe she had a lot of ambitions

Maybe I was more into her

Maybe she was less into me

But the journey of little emotions

Kept us flowing despite heavy thunderstorms

Maybe love became a little attractions

Maybe it was not in the center like I hoped 

Maybe she wanted to keep it alive and burning

Maybe thousands of matchstick didn't have the charm to lit the fire to keep it moving

But the journey of little joy

Kept us growing despite the nutrients it was losing

Maybe I was afraid

Maybe she just wanted to keep her emotions secret

Maybe I told her thousands of my feelings

Maybe she felt it but was afraid to give birth to the new beginning

But the journey of little hope 

Kept us somewhere alive despite living faraway in each others memories

Maybe!
