Today, 25th of May, 2023, is a beautiful day for all Africans as we celebrate African Day. for it is our day, HAPPY AFRICAN DAY

The last moment of colonialism is put to the center age

And intensely illuminated by the flame of liberty

To fight for their freedom

In order to be free from the caged of birds

And bring an end to the colonial yoke

Oh! What a hard process they have to follow

Inorder to be save from this hallow 

Full of shadow

Which brings a lot of sorrow

As the hallow's fellow

Shout 'Apes obey'

Our great hero strive for this beautiful land 

Wow! A victory they gave 

As they struggle through imperial crime

And their good deeds can't be forget

As they rest in the lord  bossom

Oh! What a beauty we behold

Riches and beauty

Colours and natural resources

The beauty of our name 

Colour of our skin

As we are Black and shine 

Like a golden medal 

Yes i am black

And am proud to be one 

For it is my homeland

Oh! I put on Agbada and sokoto

You put on suit 

You called my language a vanecular

But i called it a tales of survival 

For our historical sites

Remind us of our nobility and tragedy

Oh! Take a look at those big giant that set us unique

Oh! Yes i am black

Hey you! 

Do not try to condemned me for it is my ways of life

For my Ancestors blessed the soil breneath my feet

With purity and spirituality 

And the leaves roots and steams are herbs of miracle of healing in my land

Welcome to my world

My jungle of pure love and serenity

Welcome to my world

So full of muse of my mind

My homeland

Of diversity and ubuntu

My identity 

Full of ethnics and languages

Cultures and traditions 

 A  rich tapestry

For our souls is full of love and light from within

Cos our land is full of peace and condemning evil

Full of hope, freedom and liberations 

Full of Growth and change of innovations

For we are Zion And not Zoo
