From Life to Death

Usually a young person has a healthy body. One person can enter that person's life promoting joy but death can ensue.

At twelve, she was the picture of health. 

Her rosy cheeks and clear complexion were beautiful. 

At fifteen, Jack entered her life with enticements. 

Her focus changed from caring for herself to alcohol. 

At eighteen, her gaunt face and skeletal figure were frightening. 

Her family tried to rescue her from Jack’s grip. 

At twenty, she was sober, heavier, but still struggling. 

Her fragile body was too damaged.

Death finally claimed her frail body.
