A Wonky Day

"A Wonky Day'" is a poem describing how a perfect plan gets thrown off course making us wait until another day.

She tries to tackle her to do list

one by one,

but before she knows it

nothing gets done.

With constant interruptions

playing havoc on her plans,

she is filled with doubt

as she watches the minutes on the clock count down.

She finally tosses in the towel

giving up for today,

hoping tomorrow

will bring a better day.
