The Soul Dances...

The Soul Dances In Happiness I

What would one who is truthful look like?

————

In order for someone to experience true happiness an understanding of truth self is required. To understand the self the question “who am I” is asked and answered. So, who am I? Am I the roles that I play such as a parent, an employee, an employer, a child. Or am I the labels I give myself and others. These labels are based on religious beliefs, culture systems, nationality, physical appearance, abilities or disabilities.

When I step away from relating to the external supports of my labels, roles and physical objects for my identity and look internally as to who I am, I realise I am the spiritual energy (soul) that animates this body, that is made up of matter. When I no longer identify with the physical world and turn my identity inwards then my original nature of peace, love, purity, power, truth, happiness brings balance to my existence.

If there is the slightest untruth mixed with the truth, life at that time would not be enjoyable. When I try to prove myself right with stubbornness, then, if I observe mine or someone else's face, it would not be a face with happiness on it. The face would be filled with thoughts of sadness. It would not be a face of one who is dancing. The meaning of truth is to stabilise myself in my true form, then I create thoughts, speak words, and perform actions of happiness. I, the soul, can now dance in happiness.
