The Escape

A funny story about a true friendship and trust

————

She is walking on the railway tracks and her heart is beating fast. She had escaped from their clutches. They took her out of her home to an unknown place. She had no clue what they wanted to do with her? She however escaped from their grabs and ran to save her life. They chased her but she was faster.

She was leading a happy life with her life partner. She was satisfied with what she had. Her house was small but she was happy. She soon became a mother and the world seemed beautiful for her.

But one fateful day her life partner was dragged out of her home and was mercilessly killed. She was locked in the house from outside and what she could hear was his fearful scream! She wondered how she will raise the kids alone? The ill fate didn’t ended there. Few days later they came and took her kids away . The kids had not seen the world properly and god knows how and where are they?. How can they be so rude ? What wrong she had done to them? And why are they after her? Why???

She is walking on the tracks thinking about the cruel past.

The train is approaching . The moving giant is going to crush her. She can feel the tracks trembling. Her legs are shaking too. The engine came closer and closer…she jumped off the railway track and landed on the ground which was 10 feet below the tracks.

She is safe…There is a lush green field around her. She is hungry. She eats some grains and she is lucky enough to find some worms too!

Now she needs water. A tap is running nearby. She went closer but as she reaches there it dries up?? Why? She wondered. The tap is now covered and the whole system is moving? She is surprised. The tap has big eyes too. Oh! It looks like Them…But this tap human is so cute and small!

The boy is amazed to find a white lovely hen gazing at him. He smiled at her. He picks her in his arms and she wonders she didn’t refused?

“Come with me to my home and you will be my pet” he said.

Sun is setting and it is not safe to roam here and there. Stray dogs are barking continuously. She rests her head in the boy’s arms and sits there comfortably feeling safe.

“I will take good care of you and we will play together. You are my friend. I won’t let anybody hurt you” the boy said kissing her head.

Finally she has found happiness!
