That's Life

"That's Life" is a short poem that tells us that the world has more tricks up its sleeve.

Don't ever think your darkest day is over...for there is more to come.

Some say, I’ve already faced 

my darkest day,

but I doubt that one 

for the world has a more tricks

up its sleeve to play.

Each time I think it’s safe,

someone I love 

ends up getting hurt,

so, don’t tell me there’s no pain

in this game of life, we play.
