Seasons Change

The seasons of our lives don't cycle like nature's seasons.

Seasons change

and so do we.

Seasons cycle, birth,

life, decay, and death.

Again, again, again.

But I am on

a unicycle,

racing to

my end.

I know the wall

of my demise

looms tall,

though I don’t see it.

I only hope

I find a gate

to wheel though

instead of crashing.
