Heart Yourself

The narrator shares the relief in ending an oppressive relationship; by now being empowered to act differently, having a better view of themselves.

Profoundly and generously comes the realisation that what I do is okay – it’s accepting that yes, not everyone will be - or has to be –

Pleased by my way of doing things.

Am I here to satisfy every single human being in my social or spiritual realm?

No, it’s not tight like that. I can be myself. Do no harm ideally and be friendly, warm enough.

Acceptable and accepting – but there is a margin – where you just be who you are.

We’re not here to be everyone else’s god

Just be who we are – and if there’s improvements – Great!

I like to be kind - but not undermined.

In writing this there are moments of bliss and a freedom previously unexplored

Woo Hah!

I totally forgive myself for not writing, ringing or connecting to you.

It’s fine.
