Beyond The Noise

Whatever new field you enter, it will be filled with noise. The noise of beginners like you, pushing hard every day and making very little progress.

You are not the first in this field, neither will you be the last. But remember, the footprints you leave behind, will be like no other's. Keep in mind this also, that someone some years ago once stood in your place and despite the discouraging scene, refused to give up.

It is the daily pressure and stress that seem unbearable that develop your capacity to take in more heat. And taking in more heat is how you expand, is how you grow.

One day you will move up, away from all this noise. You will meet heroes like you who stood still, stood strong. You will also meet villains who have made it to the top  and you will understand why making it to the top is not as important as the process you go through to get to the top.
