Until it’s much bigger than me
Overwhelmingly massive
Erratic
Sporadic attacks
Pushing me back
Frozen in place by fear
Stagnant
Heart racing, endless pacing
Profusely sweating
Pointless regretting
Ripped nails and hair
Stale air
Trying to escape the panic
Can’t manage
Too choked to cope
Loss of common sense
Nervousness and angst
The wariness intense
An endless cycle of battling
Invisible demons
No one else but me can see
