Mordrake
Based on a late 19th Century English urban legend.

“Craniofacial duplication”:
Psuedo-scientific name for his situation.
Devilish whispers, of which he felt dread,
Spewed from his brother's face—on the back of his head.
His unearthly prattling brought nightly duress.
Unlucky Edward never got rest.
Tried drowning evil twin in a full tub, hoped for no reply.
The wretched second face cackled loud—refused to die.
Sent to the sanatorium—Edward's grim future was shaped.
His twin told him to attack an orderly and they escaped.
On the run, both brothers had to lay low.
Edward played classical piano for yokels at a sideshow.
Psychotic break—all freaks lay slain—from rage unprovoked.
Two-faced prince finally silenced those whispers—dangling from the suicide rope.
