that moments to digest are essential.

The emotional up and downs of life.


In the rare, quiet, alone times,

process how my soul feels.

Take in all thoughts and emotions. 


Have to take the time in this journey 

to feel everything to heal.

Sadness, happiness, madness.

IT provides calming clarity. 


Hold precious, caring moments
