You Laughed At Me
I met you first,
you laughed at me,
I met you second,
you mocked at me,
I met you hence,
you smiled at me,
I met you therein,
you smiled to me,
I asked your hand,
all laughed at me,
you laughed at all,
you gave your hand.
We walked through the church,
we laughed at us,
we saw all the looks,
we smiled to all,
we went by the car,
we laughed by and by,
we went to our home,
you laughed at me.
We had a child,
you laughed at it,
we had children,
you laughed at me,
for being father,
we had troubles,
you laughed at me.
I suffered job loss,
you laughed at me,
I gained a lot,
you laughed by me,
our children stood first,
we laughed by them,
our parents were fine,
we laughed everywhere,
you came by disease,
you laughed at you,
we came forward,
we laughed at world.
Our children married,
we laughed at them,
our grandchildren came,
we laughed at them,
we grew old and old,
we laughed by and by,
we saw grands marry,
you laughed at me.
You were lying by bed,
dying your last breath,
hoped to hear you laugh,
but could hear any,
but just your word,
through your lips,
"I love you.", I laughed by you.
