Consolations
Finding consolations in rock songs;
Too dark to see my heart.
Liberation coming from a trapped ideal.
Swirling like dust, a handful of liberty
Smiles and shakes the hand nodding in approval.
Just to see the rock rolling
I have climbed the hill.
To see and be the sight
I have nurtured the absence of essence.
Yet, there is a mystic
Hiding under the bed and
Behind the drapes of change.
God in oneself, a plethora of bliss.
Turning in the grave the curse
Flies like a saucer.
A hollow heart fills the art.
