A Meditation
Hold me for I am
Tired and so broken,
Help me to gather
Parts of me gone
Scattered on the
Paths I tried to
Follow, teach me,
For I thirst for
Knowledge to inform
My mind that I
May begin to
Unbuild me, tell me
The stories about
The days when
Water was clean,
Grasses were green,
Life was abundant,
Whisper in my ear
The tales of times
Before humans
Came, of pure love,
Peace and the
Formless energy
Among the Universe
That I may behold
The home of my soul
And simply drift
In Everything, help
Me lay down the
Burdens of this life
That I can simply be.
